Upon arrival, I found that they only freshened up the room after three days, which meant I had to go to the front desk for fresh towels after spending a long day out. It felt more like staying at an Airbnb where you’re left to fend for yourself. This is not what I signed up for.

This place suits me perfectly. Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre make my stay enjoyable. The staff helped me with shopping tips on my first visit, and they are always friendly and engaging. Highly recommend it for a romantic escape!

One morning, the breakfast lady was so attentive! She made sure we had everything we needed and kept the food fresh and hot, even brought out more coffee when it ran low! ! Plus, the room was clean and comfy, just what we needed after a long drive.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was all right for what we got.

We had a fantastic time staying here with our two grown kids. The hotel was super clean and the breakfast options were plentiful. We even managed to fit in a visit to the Bronx Zoo, which was a hit with everyone! The large TVs with streaming apps were a bonus after a long day out.

My kids wished for a larger pool area since it got crowded quickly. It would be great if they could expand that space for families.
